CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 6, 2024:
Michael Dale Cain, 49, of Parkersburg, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Cain admitted to a role in a Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO) that distributed methamphetamine in the Charleston area.
