WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General's Office of Investigations issued the following investigation report:

On October 17, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia sentenced Gregory Melton to 41 months in prison, 3 years of supervised release, a $50,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment. On the same day, John "David" Melton was also sentenced to 26 months in prison, 3 years of supervised . . .
