ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Nov. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release on Nov. 5, 2024:

U.S. District Judge Sarah E. Pitlyk on Tuesday sentenced a man to 22 years in prison for arranging the smuggling a fatal dose of drugs into the St. Francois County jail.

Timothy L. Noll, 35, of Park Hills, Missouri, arrived at the jail on July 27, 2021, and began trying to find someone to smuggle drugs into the jail that . . .
