A new study of 516,717 people with neurologic diseases, including 54,676 people with MS, reported that out-of-pocket costs for MS medications rose by an average of 217% between 2012 and 2021. Out-of-pocket costs for generic medications treating all diseases decreased by 48% to 80%.
