CHICAGO, Illinois, Nov. 5 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis advised NexCore, a commercial HVAC service platform backed by Dallas-based private equity firm, Trinity Hunt Partners, in its acquisition of Buffalo-based DWC Mechanical, Inc.
DWC will continue to be managed by its current management team led by Dave Cloy (President) and Rich Wagner (Vice President of Installation).
