DENVER, Colorado, Nov. 5 -- The Colorado State University System issued the following news:

This academic year, about 5,600 first-generation undergraduates attend CSU in Fort Collins - about 25 percent of the undergraduate population. And last academic year, 1,234 undergraduate degrees were awarded to first-generation students.
