WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- The Thurgood Marshall College Fund issued the following news release:
Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) representatives toured the Utica campus of Hinds Community College (HCC) in Mississippi as part of a site visit for possible inclusion as a member school.
