WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- Rep. Dale W. Strong, R-Alabama, issued the following news release on Nov. 1, 2024:
Today, Representative Dale W. Strong (R-AL) introduced the Deport Illegal Voters Act to expedite the removal of aliens convicted of voting illegally.
Specifically, the legislation adds unlawful voting to the defined list of aggravated felonies under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and provides for the expedited deportation of convicted individuals.
