Today, a Wayne County jury seated in the 3rd Circuit Court found former Westland Police Sgt. Kevin Yudt, 43, of Grass Lake, guilty of two counts of Ethnic Intimidation, each a 2-year felony, and one count of Assault and Battery, a 93-day misdemeanor, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
