WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
BISMARCK, N.D. The U.S. Department of Transportation announced an award of $1 million through the Small Community Air Service Development Program (SCASDP) to the Grand Forks International Airport. Specifically, this award will assist the airport with revenue guarantee, start-up costs, ground handling offsets and associated marketing plan to recruit, initiate, and support new nonstop service . . .
