BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 1 -- Gov. Brad Little, R-Idaho, issued the following news release on Oct. 31, 2024:
Recognizing the significant distractions brought about by cell phones in classrooms, Governor Brad Little and Superintendent of Public Instruction Debbie Critchfield rolled out Executive Order 2024-11 today, the "Phone Free Learning Act."
