PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Nov. 1 -- Duquesne University issued the following news release:
The University has finalized the sale of its plant distribution system assets (e.g. pipes, electrical lines, meters, etc.) to Cordia for $50 million and has entered into an amended 35-year energy service agreement, which is subject to regulatory approval.
