POCATELLO, Idaho, Nov. 1 -- Idaho State University issued the following news:
The College of Business has announced Professor of Finance and Department Chair Dr. Steve Byers as the first recipient of the Gary D. and Susan G. Campbell Dr. Bill Phillips Endowed Professor of Finance.
