JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Daylight saving time ends Nov. 3. Time will be set back one hour at 2 a.m. to standard time.
Beginning in 2007, Congress established that daylight saving time begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
