WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
FLINT--Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-08) today announced new federal funding to improve railroad infrastructure in mid-Michigan.
The $27,130,810 grant, awarded by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), will allow the Lake State Railway Company to install approximately 52 miles of continuous welded rail between Pinconning and Alpena and make several other critical safety improveme . . .
