NEW YORK, Oct. 30 -- Newmark Group issued the following news release:
Newmark announces it has secured a new 79,532-square-foot industrial lease at 4160-4190 Madison Street in Hillside, Illinois. The transaction welcomes tenant Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., a family-owned and operated automotive manufacturer, who will occupy the entire facility. Newmark Senior Managing Director Corey B.
