Today, Reps. Vern Buchanan and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), co-chairs of the Congressional Animal Protection Caucus, led a letter calling for a report into the potential maltreatment and poor living conditions of horses at Arlington National Cemetery. The death of two horses within days of one another led to the suspension of horse-drawn funeral procession for our nation's fallen sol . . .
