Ropes & Gray represented Dash Bio in a $6.5 million seed financing round led by Freestyle Capital. Swift Ventures, LifeX Ventures and other private investors participated in the round, which was announced by press release on Oct. 24.
Ropes & Gray worked with Dash Bio's founders, who previously worked in data analytics and AI at Moderna, to form the company.
