WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) ranking member of the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee was alerted by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) of a problem with an electronic fax system that resulted in 875 files sent to the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System from community care providers to go missing.
These files dated as far back as June 11, 2024, and contained medical documentation . . .
