JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Oct. 24 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Every year, the National Day of the Deployed is held on Oct. 26. This day allows us to honor those service members who are currently deployed abroad and acknowledges the sacrifices of military families during the deployment. Currently, there are numerous military and civilians deployed worldwide.
