BUFFALO, New York, Oct. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Oct. 24, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Chemere Barclay, 32, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to possession with intent to distribute, and to distribute, methamphetamine, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
