LONDON, Kentucky, Oct. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued the following news release:
A Corbin, Ky., woman and former pharmacist, Stephanie Collins, 57, has been sentenced to 20 months, by U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom, for her role in a scheme to defraud Medicare and Medicaid, by billing for medications that she never dispensed to her customers.
According to her plea agreement, Collins operated as a registered phar . . .
