AUGUSTA, Maine, Oct. 22 -- The Maine House Democrats issued the following statement on Oct. 21, 2024, by Rep. Holly Eaton, D-Deer Isle:

With the leaves changing color and temperatures dropping, it feels like fall has finally arrived. The seasonal change reminds me that Election Day is just around the corner on Nov. 5, and in addition to the presidential and congressional elections, Mainers will be asked to decide five referendums on the statewide ballot.
