MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, Oct. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Donald McDuffin Williams, age 49, of Baltimore, Maryland, has admitted to the possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, as part of an investigation into the sale and distribution of fentanyl, agents searched the defendant's home and discovered drugs, drug parap . . .
