RICHMOND, Virginia, Oct. 19 -- Gov. Glenn Youngkin, R-Virginia, issued the following news release on Oct. 18, 2024:
Governor Glenn Youngkin today issued Executive Order 39 Promoting Transparency and Efficiency in Permitting and Licensing to reduce wait times, reduce costs and improve the permit, license, certification, and registration, application processes for Virginians.
