HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 19 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources issued the following news on Oct. 18, 2024:
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn today announced that Pennsylvanians are being asked to nominate their favorite waterway for the 2025 River of the Year (ROY).
