WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
LENEXA, KAN. (OCT. 17, 2024) - Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced selections totaling nearly $125 million under the Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA) National Grants program, including $97,250 to selectees in Iowa.
This funding will incentivize and accelerate the upgrade or retirement of older diesel engines to cleaner and zero-emission solution . . .
