WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-W) released a statement on the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) ruling that all imports of ferrosilicon from Russia will harm U.S. industries. This decision requires the Department of Commerce to place additional anti-dumping and countervailing tariffs on ferrosilicon, which will generate more production in West Virginia.
