WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, welcomed a $3.6 million investment to the City of Newark to address lead and other health hazards in local homes to protect children and families from the life-long health effects of lead exposure.
