Del. Gov. Carney Orders Lowering of Flags

WILMINGTON, Delaware, Oct. 16 -- Gov. John C. Carney, D-Delaware, issued the following news on Oct. 15, 2024:

Governor Carney has ordered the Delaware flag to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise on Wednesday, October 16, through sunset on Thursday, October 17, in remembrance of the Honorable James T. Vaughn, Jr., in accordance with his funeral services.
