ASHLAND, Kentucky, Oct. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued the following news release on Oct. 15, 2024:
A former Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice employee, Nathaniel K. Lumpkins, 33, of Elkfork, Ky., was sentenced to 36 months in prison by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, on Tuesday, for one count of deprivation of rights under color of law.
