JACKSON, Mississippi, Oct. 15 -- Gov. Tate Reeves, R-Mississippi, issued the following news release on Oct. 14, 2024:
Governor Tate Reeves today announced that he has approved the deployment of additional assets to help support the state of North Carolina as they continue response and recovery missions following Hurricane Helene.
Law enforcement from the Mississippi Highway Patrol (22 members) and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks (25 members) . . .
