CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 12 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Oct. 11, 2024:
Gov. Jim Justice and the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) announced today the award of a $4.7 million contract to Specialty Groups Inc. to upgrade and install Road Weather Information System (RWIS) stations in West Virginia.
These roadside weather stations collect data on weather and road conditions and transmit it to the WVDOT' . . .
