KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Oct. 10 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri issued the following news release on Oct. 9, 2024:
A Belton, Mo., man was sentenced in federal court today for leading a drug-trafficking conspiracy and for illegally possessing a firearm.
Serjio Diaz, 40, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Greg Kays to 15 years in federal prison without parole.
