SACRAMENTO, California, Oct. 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on Oct. 8, 2024:
Fidel Andrade, 36, of Stockton, pleaded guilty today to conspiring to possess and distribute cocaine, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
According to court documents, between January and October 2020, Andrade, who then worked as a correctional officer, supplied cocaine to his co-defendant Neftali Castillo Mo . . .
