LOS ANGELES, California, Oct. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for Central District of California issued the following news release:
The Justice Department today sued Irvine-based Fitness International LLC, which does business as LA Fitness, for discriminating against people with disabilities at its gym and fitness clubs.
