JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, Oct. 6 -- Gov. Michael Parson, R-Missouri, issued the following news release on Oct. 4, 2024:
Governor Mike Parson ordered the U.S. and Missouri flags to be flown at half-staff at government buildings in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, and at all police stations across Missouri on Saturday, October 5, to honor St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Officer David Lee III.
"Officer Lee was selflessly assisting a motorist on Inters . . .
