WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release on Oct. 4, 2024:
This morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Michael H. Hurley, 37. Hurley was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.
According to Cleveland Police, on May 8, 2024, third district officers received a radio assignment to respond to a residence in the 1700 block . . .
