SPOKANE, Washington, Oct. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington issued the following news release:
Vanessa R. Waldref, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, announced a Department of Justice grant award for the Kalispel Indian Community of the Kalispel Reservation (Kalispel Tribe of Indians). The grant allocates $610,000 to respond to and prevent sexual assault.
