HARTFORD, Connecticut, Oct. 4 -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is developing plans to systematically replace and upgrade all existing pedestrian and school crossing signs and associated subplates, at uncontrolled intersections and midblock crosswalk locations and refresh associated pavement markings (crosswalk, yield lines) in Eastern Connecticut.
