NetChoice Sues Tennessee to Defend Parents Rights, First Amendment and Online Safety

WASHINGTON, Oct. 4 -- NetChoice, a coalition of trade associations that says it makes the internet safe for free enterprise and expression, issued the following news release on Oct. 3, 2024:
