WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Rep. Tom Emmer, R-Minnesota, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tom Emmer, along with Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil and the rest of the Minnesota Republican delegation, sent a letter to Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon and Minnesota Department of Public Safety Commissioner Bob Jacobson voicing their concerns over reports that noncitizens in Minnesota have been receiving ballots.
