WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation issued the following news release:
LOVELAND, Colo. The Bureau of Reclamation will test the emergency siren system at its water treatment plant near Mountain Valley Estates in Leadville, Colorado on October 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. The siren will blast three times; afterwards, instructions in English and then Spanish will broadcast and repeat. Again, this will only be a test to confirm system functioning . . .
