RALEIGH, North Carolina, Oct. 2 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on Oct. 1, 2024:

Attorney General Josh Stein today provided an update on price gouging complaints in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The Department of Justice has received 64 complaints alleging price gouging in western North Carolina.
