WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. Russell Fry, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release:
Congressman Fry's Trafficking Survivors Relief Act (H.R. 7137) passed out of the House Judiciary Committee on September 25 by a voice vote. This legislation provides federal criminal record relief to survivors of human trafficking who committed a non-violent offense as a direct result of having been a victim of trafficking.
