LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Oct. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada issued the following news release on Sept. 30, 2024:
A Las Vegas doctor was sentenced today by United States District Judge Cristina D. Silva to 27 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release, and a fine of $75,000 for unlawfully distributing opioid pain medications without a medically legitimate purpose.
