HONOLULU, Hawaii, Sept. 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Hawaii issued the following news release on Sept. 27, 2024:
United States Attorney Clare E. Connors announced that Stephen Timothy Wells, 41, pleaded guilty today in federal court to executing a scheme to defraud health care benefit programs through the submission of false billings. Sentencing is scheduled for January 29, 2025, before U.S. District Judge Jill A. Otake.
