HUD Charges Georgia Property Owner, Management Company, and Property Manager With Disability Discrimination

WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The Department of Housing and Urban Development issued the following news release:

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced today that it has charged Indian Oaks Apartments LTD, Russell Management Services LLC, H.J. Russell & Company, The Russell Realty LP, and Nichole Long, (collectively "Respondents") in Fort Valley, Georgia with discrimination against a tenant because of her child's disability.
