WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley said today they have introduced the Cannabinoid Safety and Regulation Act (CSRA) to establish national standards to protect public health and safety and keep cannabis products out of the hands of children.
