WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. John R. Curtis, R-Utah, issued the following news release:
Yesterday, Representative John Curtis (R-UT) passed two bills through the House of Representatives with bipartisan support. The Great Salt Lake Stewardship Act would incorporate the Great Salt Lake into ongoing conservation efforts under the Colorado River water conservation program. The Geothermal Energy Opportunity Act aims to expedite the approval process for geothermal projects.
